Co-Designing Sustainable Coordination to Support Inter-Organizational Decision Making

Processes in inter-organizational projects tend to be complex coordinate. Within these projects, stakeholders have make decisions together, despite a limited awareness of the other parties’ interests and views. Frequently, coordination is ineffective inadequately addressed, investment considerable effort, which often results delays and/or unwanted project outcomes. The purpose this study investigate how shared problem understanding for decision making can achieved by means sustainable coordination. In study, CIMO logic was used explore context organizational change, followed application design science research order develop an intervision process. findings are twofold.
